Order Acceptance:
When you place an order with us making a purchase offer, the offer is subject to get accepted by us. We strive to meet your orders, there are few instances that may restrict us to deliver the products. Although you receive the order confirmation, we at any time may cancel the order and it does not constitute the order confirmation. We may cancel the part or whole order at any time before scheduling the delivery. We always call for additional verification to verify and confirm the purchase, before we accept any order. We request our users to understand that most of our orders are customized. You need to provide accurate information about the recipient name and shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery of products to the wrong address or the address provided by you is not traceable. At any instances, you shall not hold us liable and we do not have any legal obligations to meet the damages. Soon after receiving your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the details of the products ordered, shipping address, etc. However, your order stands confirmed only when we send the shipping confirmation.

Part / Full Cancellation of a Purchase Order:
While we take strenuous effort to enter accurate information about every product and service listed on the site, there are chances that the product may have entered with incorrect price or information. It may arise due to typographical error in the price or description of the product. We have the sole right to accept or deny or cancel any such order whether or not the user confirms the order; whether or not you paid for the product.
If you already paid for the product and waiting for the product to be shipped, we may cancel the order. In case if we cancel the order, you will get the full credit back to your account through the respective payment mode. Alternatively, we may also generate fresh order with the right price.
If we cancel all or any part of your order, the amount equivalent to your order or cancelled order will be credited to your account or credit card or debit card through which the payment is made. We do not impose any charge on your credit or debit card or bank for cancellation of order.
We make strenuous attempts to provide excellent services. However, if you feel you should cancel your order, you can do, but restricted to certain limitations. Remember, most of orders are customized and made only after receiving your order. In many instances we may not be able to cancel your order.
We do not cancel the order, if,
- The order is a customized order, made only for you
- If we are processing the order
- If the order is ready for dispatch
- If the order is on the way for delivery
- Same day orders
- We also do not entertain any change in the delivery requests once we deliver the shipping confirmation.
Duplicate Orders:
In case of you ordered a product twice or mistakenly made two identical orders, please let us know at the earliest possible. We will provide the full refund of the amount on the duplicate order as long as the order is not prepared or ready for dispatch.
However, if we find two identical orders from you, we do will contact you to clarify whether you made it by mistake to save the interest of both the parties. If we cannot contact the customer, the decision will be made at our discretion.
Fraudulent Orders:
In order to provide flawless customer service together with safe,

In case if we find anything suspicious of any activity, we have the sole right to cancel the current pending and future orders without any liability. We shall not be held liable for cancellation of any suspicious order placed and paid using any gift vouchers or promotional vouchers.
